it for you - we inspect properties that meet your
requirements saving you time by eliminating properties
that do not suit your requirements.
Present - we present potential properties to you
and arrange inspections at your convenience. For overseas
buyers we provide digital photos and videos [if permitted
by the vendors].

We Evaluate
it for you - once the right property is found we
conduct a market analysis to determine the true market
price of the property.

Negotiate it for you - we use our professional
negotiation skills to negotiate on your behalf. We can bid
at an auction on your behalf.

Other
Services - we can arrange all related services, such
as building and pest inspections and strata searches and
coordinating the settlement. We can recommend architects,
property managers for investment properties,
lawyers/conveyancers, mortgage brokers, tax consultants,
insurance if required and other service providers. Please
note that all external consultants’ fees are at client's
expense.

Option 2 –
Evaluation and Negotiation
If you would like to conduct the property search yourself or
if you have already found a property and would like Hunters
Buyers Agents to conduct a market analysis and the
negotiations, we will provide the following services:

it for you - we will conduct a detailed property

price of the property.

Option 3 - Bidding
at Auction
Hunters Buyers Agents offers an
auction bidding service to take the stress and emotion out
of purchasing property at auction. This service can save you
money by using an experienced bidder who is familiar with
auction tactics and by removing the emotional pressure to
overpay for a property.
If you need anonymity or confidentiality on auction day, or
for some reason you just can’t be present, we can also
organise limited power of attorneys through your solicitor
allowing us to bid and sign a contract on your behalf.
We can organize the appropriate authorizations and then
attend the auction (including the open house and bidders'
registration if it is an on-site auction) and, if necessary,
assist with post-auction negotiations on your behalf. This
is a stand-alone service to ensure your best chance of
securing the property of your dreams.
The fee is $1100 (including GST). The earlier you book us
in, the better, in order to avoid missing out on our
available timeslots.
